Technical Turnover Specs: General Guidelines
PICTURE : QuickTime with burn-in TimeCode and Discrete Audio Guide
Please supply a QuickTime H.264 video file (.mp4 or .mov), 1920×1080 progressive, constant frame rate matching picture lock (23.976 / 24 / 25 / 29.97), High Profile Level 4.1, ~15–20 Mbps, with burn-in timecode and discrete (Left-DIA / Right-FX / No Muisc) guide audio embedded.

CH 1 (LEFT) Discrete Dialogue + ADR ONLY
CH 2 (RIGHT) Discrete FX ONLY (NO Music)
- Please also export three additional isolated guide .WAV audio files

AUDIO : AAF Embedded/ Locked Audio Sequence
Please export a separate AAF with embedded WAV audio at 48kHz / 24-bit from a picture-locked sequence. Keep all audio on discrete tracks (no premixes, processing, or clip gain), include 10 seconds of handles, and ensure timecode and frame rate match picture exactly.
Please select “Copy Complete Audio Files”.
- DO NOT include video in the AAF export, as picture will be supplied separately.
These guidelines ensure a clean, stable integration between picture editorial and Pro Tools workflows.
Digital files are all acceptable VIA Internet and cloud transfer services.
